Outlook Clients failing to connect to the new server after moving its mailbox

The issue was that whenever the mailbox has been moved over to the new DB on Exchange 2016 with the New-MoveRequest the Outlook client failed to connect to it. Error: "Cannot start Microsoft Outlook. ┬áCannot open the Outlook Window.
